New Filter Style Doesnt Fit

I am unhappy because I ordered the same filters I always do and they said we switched the look, but they are the same. When I go to use them, they do not fit because they are not the same. The actual dimensions in fine print are different. I was told there is no refund and I ended up having to order two new filters in a different size than my unit because they no longer carry my size. But, mind you, its the same filter that I used to buy and it supposed to be the same, but isnt. I hope my frustration is obvious.

Filters used for a DIY air cleaner. It works well. Filters are reasonably priced and of high quality.

Works great. it is just an inch short. but it still works fantastic. . a lot better than the ones that that are metal and need to be hosed off. thank you

Filters are blue instead of previous white. Merv 13 is not shown on the filters as it was previously.
