Bent out of shape!

After receiving my box I proceeded to open my filters only to find out that half of them were bent up. Not from how it was packaged but the metal portion that actually gives shape to the filter itself. After bending some of it back I placed them in some of them seem just a little small. Other wise it seem to be a nice filter.

Great service, only issue is

Great service, only issue is filters slightly smaller than all other 14 x 24 x 1 filters Ive purchased locally. This causes the filter to suck up into the return opening when heater running & drop down when heater stops (noisy).

Wrong measurements!

These filters that I just bought (12) of measure 13,3/8th" x 23,3/8th" NOT 14" x 24". and that makes them very loose in the filter containment compartment if you will! So they float around in there. The one thing on my behalf is there just enough inner frame that is just enough for the filters to cover the intake compartment! A 1/8th" to a 1/4th" smaller than 14"x24" size would be more than enough to ensure the filters fit! But 5/8ths? way too much in my opinion!

Filter is not snug in its slot. Floats around the slot in the unit. The size provided is the correct size.
