I didnt buy the 16x16x1 filters; I bought the 16x20x1. That is why I didnt give a five.As far as actual order, it was easy to order and filters came quickly. I now have best filters for same price I paid at box store for a lower quality filter. So for the 16x20x1 purchase, I give a 5!

By far these air filters are the best buy for your money! Fit and size are great as are the people within the company. I have been using these filters for awhile now and not even thinking of leaving.

Too soon to know how well they work. Not the best bargain in filter purchase, but they appear well made and arrived in a timely fashion

I use these because I smoke in my apartment and the apartment complex only supplies the cheap ones.
