Poorly made, 4" thick filter

Poorly made, 4" thick filter all bunched together with no spacers to keep filter material from stacking tight so air flow will be restricted. I have been buying this type of filter for 40 years and never had such poorly designed filter before

The filter is a little smaller than what it replaces but should work fine. A lot less than what the ac company charges for these filters.

Not True To 16x25x4 Size!

The filer and filter media seem to be fine. I just installed my first filer of the six I ordered. The problem is that the new filters are not fully 16x25x4. The filters are smaller, particularly the 16" width dimension. It and the remainder will not fit tightly in the filter housing on my Bryant furnace.

Who assembled these things? Drunk monkeys? Absolute lack of quality control. The 4 I got are completely useless. CS says they are working on it...been 2 weeks, what's the problem?
