Haven't used yet, but was thrilled to find this size. Came in a timely manner. Had a problem while placing order and it went thru twice so I t filters for several years!

Our son recently purchased a townhouse and he quickly realized he could not find the filter size for his furnace. FilterBuy has been great. He ordered the size he needed right from the website and they fit perfect! Fast & easy. That's what we like.

I have ordered a 16x16 filter from you before, and it worked great. In my most recent order, the filter media was was an orange color, not white like the last one, and was a different size. It is 1/4" larger than my first filter, and will not fit. Not sure of what the different media is, but I need one like my original order.
