My unit was mislabeled by

My unit was mislabeled by the installer so the filter I bought based on that misinformation didn't fit. The actual dimensions were out of the ordinary (whoever heard of a 13x21.5 filter). It arrived in a few days , fit perfectly no hassle! Too easy.

The filters are a pale yellow color which is the exact color my white ones get when they're dirty and need changed.

not a good wrap

I re-ordered 4 of 2 different sizes, which will be used over the next year. Previously the filters came individually wrapped. This time they came all wrapped together. This is an inconvenience since I will be storing them in the garage for several months. It's much better for them to be individually wrapped so they are protected from moisture and and dust until I'm ready to use them.

FilterBuy has solved a long-standing problem that weve had with an unusually sized air return. Its a thrill, after three years of trying to modify ill-fitting filters, to simply drop in one of the perfectly sized filters from FilterBuy.
