I love that you give the precise measurements.The 20" X 20" I used to buy fit too tightly and I would have to crush them to slide in. 19.5" X 19.5" makes it so much easier to slide in and out.

They are easy to deal with and allow custom sizes that fit filter vents in older homes with different sized openings.Also, reasonable priced.

Filter buy has been a blessing as I could not find filters that i could afford locally and best thing is I ordered one night and got by noon next day , I am very happy with this company.

Filters were wrong dimensions

The filters were a little too long. The issue was dimension tolerance.The filters were not rectanglar; one side was 1/4" longer than the other side.
