Excellent long lasting filter

I use the merv 13 1" filters for the months and they work wonderfully. Cheap filters will pull into my ac duct (even after a few weeks) but these hold up well. Lots of pleats for lots of surface area. Bought my second pack last month and will buy my next here as well. Easy recommend

New Filter Style Doesnt Fit

I am unhappy because I ordered the same filters I always do and they said we switched the look, but they are the same. When I go to use them, they do not fit because they are not the same. The actual dimensions in fine print are different. I was told there is no refund and I ended up having to order two new filters in a different size than my unit because they no longer carry my size. But, mind you, its the same filter that I used to buy and it supposed to be the same, but isnt. I hope my frustration is obvious.
