The filters are for backup

The filters are for backup and won't be used for some time. I have a good filter in my furnace now but purchased it elsewhere so can't give a rating on the filter itself but the on line purchase went well and was done in a timely manner.

Exactly what I wanted for allergies and viral concerns. With the season changing I find I am sniffling more and when I come back in my home I find with the filter on my breathing improves quickly. This was the Merv level I was looking for.

Perfect for what I wanted

I wanted a higher Merv filter for viral concerns. I wanted to keep our circulating air as clean as possible. I feel there has been an improvement. Less sniffing and allergy symptoms. Even if I have some when were outside as soon as I come back in and the filter cleans the air ny breaching improves quite a bit. Works for me.

Filters ordered were supposed to be 20x24x1. They are actually 1/8 to 3/16 less all around. Easy to put in, but are they large enough to actually correctly seal the airflow, do they allow too much leakage around the edges? Personally, I don't like to have to force them in, but I only have to do that once a month, so how much bother is that? I am not really satisfied, and would recommend AGAINST anyone buying them because they think that they are buying a premium filter. They do not seal well.
