The filters are fine.....when ordered your agents SHOULD KNOW what the actual sizes are for the filters ie. 18x18x1 actually measures somewhat smaller which is what I need.

Can't measure correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered custom filters 21.5 21.5 1 filters. They made them a little larger than 22 22. I emailed them about the problem and they sent me new filters free of charge but were again a little larger than 22 22. Time to find a new place to get them because it seems someone can't read a measuring tape
