Well their are too thick.

Well their are too thick. I order a 2. But i need a thin in the depth. but i am going to try & make these fit. The width & length were fine.

How do I get a receipt?

If you could give me a way to print out the receipt after purchase, that would be helpful.So far, each time I make a purchase I have had to write to ask for a receipt.Can you give me a way to do this?Thank You

Approvals not consistent

The first one had a UL approval stamped on it. The last purchase did not. The website should be more consistent. I had wanted to buy the same product
