The first day I started using this product, the top piece popped off. This exposed wires and while I could fit it back, it kept on popping out. This is just with normal use.

Not as powerful as most low cost models. 3.1 amps is output of both plugs combined, so not wattage available to recharge phone, no fast charging available. Disappointed
