Cheap, flimsy. Measures 23 3/8x 23 3/8 too small

Would like a full refund, how do I return for a refund. Ordered 24x24, measure 23 3/8 too small for my return vent.

They Fit.

I had a new unit installed and the fan runs continuously. But my electric usage is down. I have four cats and one large hairy dog; live in a dusty environment and need to change filters every two weeks. The big box store was charging almost a dollar more for a MERV 5 filter and I had to bend them to get them to fit, which left gaps along the sides.
These filters fit and they cost quit a bit less than what I would have paid for a MERV 8 in store.

I always hated buying furnace filters. Box stores were always expensive, if they had them in stock. Filterbuy is a very decent price for buying a years worth a time. I change my furnace filter monthly due to have a smaller filter and also with pets. The shipment is always very quick and comes well packaged. Highly recommend Filterbuy!

Looks like a quality control issue. Filter was 3/4 of an inch small on all sides. Did not match size printed on filter and did not fit my opening.
