Well I never thought I could get filters to fit my very strange size. The stores certainly do not carry them. I was able to get very good filters that fit perfectly here.

Hi, the filters look great, but I can't use them because they are too thick. I thought we ordered the "usual" thickness (1 inch?), but they came much thicker (not there so I can't give you the exact thickness). Can you check the order for this? I may ahve ordered the wrong thickness. Thanks.

I can really tell the difference in the air in my home since purchasing FilterBuy Gold filter. New HVAC uses odd size so it had to be custom made. I only have to change every 3 months.
