Easy ordering and fast shipment. First filter not 100%, frame board bent n creased, vents not spread out and filter fibers were frayed all over.

I just want you to know that your marv-11 was the perfect filter. My mother in law lives with us and she couldn't quit snezzing, and had a runny nose. Thanks to you no more, she is enjoy her food much better, and truly breathing better.

mfg spec furnace did not match 18x20x1 filterbuy spec - contacted them , no issue . Making up custom order correct size. Nice people to deal with from start to finish.
