I've cancelled my order twice

I've cancelled my order twice and they keep sending filters. I've returned them and they still haven't put a credit back on my card. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!

What a difference in performance

What a difference in performance with these filters. Moving to the 2 inch filter really helps and it captures more dust than the previous 1 inch thick filters.

When replacing my old filer, I discovered the filters I ordered were a 1/2 an inch larger than advertised. (I triple checked my math.) This created a bit of an issue, but I made it work.

I GUESS THE FILTER IS WORKING, SO I'LL RAVE ABOUT THE SERVICE. WEBSITE MADE IT EASY TO FIND FILTER I NEEDED. AND SHIPMENT WAS SUPER PROMPT. I PURCHASED TWO AS THIS IS NOT AN ITEM CARRIED IN THE LOCAL BOX STORE, THIS WAY I HAVE EXTRA ON HAND

Too Small - Poor quality

I bought these filters according to size 20x25x4, but they are way smaller and we had to rig them to fit our furnace. The convoluted filters are no where near the quality of name brand. Very disappointed.
