Size of filter is not correct. Outer packing is not same as actual size so when you put filter on system, there is a gap.

My disappointment was with the size of the filter. Silly me, I thought 4 inches meant 4 inches. No, in this case its only 3 5/8 inches. AND the filter I was replacing (also marked as 16x25x4) was actually 4 3/8. So the new filter was a bit loose in the filter receptacle. So, a warning. Check not only the marked size of the filter, but the ACTUAL size.

I have a unit that takes a 2 inch thick filter. Cant buy them in the regular hardware stores. The ones I get it filter by I have proven to be very good. I will continue to buy from them

Great service, easy website for shopping, and timely delivery with package and filters intact. Could use a bit larger on the actual versus stated dimensions to better fill our intake opening, but I made it work. If actual filter dimensions were much closure to the stated dimensions, that would help, but we understand nothing is perfect. I explored if the actual dimensions for the next larger filter size would work, but it exceeded the intake area fit. So, we did the best we could with existing. We ordered the stated dimensions of 1x14x24, and the actual dimensions are just a tad small to comfortably fit into the intake opening area. But again, I made it work by filling the gaps to center and hold the filter in place, just barely, over the entire intake area.
