This is not my first time using a company to ship my furnace filters. However it is the first time I have dealt with this company and the FIRST time I have received totally bent furnace filters. Rough work getting them in place!

recommend when making your filters that you make in easier for customer by having a pull tab in place making it easier to remove the filters from the unit

I'm aware of 3/4" variance but 1/2" variance is not acceptable and will never buy again. We have issues, one the filter is not snug to the frame and second, every time the system runs, it sucks the filter towards the frame making unnecessary sound. You guys lost my trust :(.

Not only a great bargain

Not only a great bargain but also @ 19.5 inches. Is the only filter that fits my new air conditioner which is a 16x20x1 but the opening only 19 9/16-so fits perfect while all could find at several stores 19 3/4-have to cut them- no fun!

Second year using FliterBuy

Last year I used only Filter Buy filters in my aging furnace. Changed them every 3 months as usual. When the tech came to do the spring maintenance this year they commented on the quality of the product. I replaced filters that used to cost 11 each with Filter Buy products with the same MERV rating that cost 4 dollars. Needless to say I bought 4 more filters for this year. Made in America, costs less and works great. A Win! When this furnace kicks the bucket I will join the automatic plan and save a even few more dollars. Thanks FilterBuy. Awesome product!
