Filter did not fit properly.

I was surprised the filter did not fit. One I purchased originally from another company fit perfectly. We had to crush one side to fit. As this was unexpected, I had bought six since I have 2 air returns the same size. Very disappointed.

I was frustrated never finding my filter size in the stores, and even more frustrated cutting and fitting the adjustable types. The website made it easy not only to find the right size, but also explains all the different ratings so I could pick the right one. Shipping was quick and filter fit perfectly!
