We have received the order we placed and the filters are exactly what we wanted. Your Web site is easy to follow and understand and the items listed have different sizes and prices along with an explanation for which filter is best suited for the purchase. We feel you have an outstanding product and having it delivers to our door is a great benefit. Thank you and Merry Christmaas

Are we supposed to take the filter out of the cardboard frame before installing it? It doesn't look like it will fit without removing the frame.
