The 20 x25 does not

The 20 x25 does not really fit the Honeywell filter case. Too small.

I got two higher MERV rated filters for just a little more than I pay for one at the local superstore. And now that I am on subscription, I never have to think about it!

The filters are reduced in size to the extent that will not work in my fuenace .I have disarded them in the trash. I feel that I have been taken. I will never do business with Filter Buy again

Good price

Price is the only good thing about this filter. Problem is that it is so far under the dimensions that air will flow around it. I was replacing a Honeywell branded filter which is actually oversized and fills the entire filter cavity. The filter construction seems fine so be sure to check nominal measurements before purchasing.

I received my filters quickly, but wa disappointed to find that the 4 filter was only ~3 1/2 thick. A sloppy fit for sure. Leaves me concerned about the seal....and whether it may bypass.

When I purchased my house, the builders rep warned me not to buy replacement filters from the local hardware store because they wouldnt fit. He recommended that I buy them from the place that they bought the original filter. I did that for a while but they were expensive. Then I heard about Filterbuy on SiriusXM radio and decided to give them a try. I found the filter size I needed at a much more reasonable price. They were delivered exactly when they said they would be and the fit was perfect.

These people are fantastic and bend over backwards to do anything to help you, I bought 6 filters that came in 1/2in over size. One phone call from me and they expedited a new shipment of 6 new filters in the correct size. My thanks to all who were involved, you have made me very happy and a lifetime customer.

Can't find my filter

The process is very easy and I enjoy being able to have my filters mailed...but I always get the wrong size. I need 18X24X4 and I don't often see that size for my Rheem A/C.
