This is my first purchase of a custom filter. Unfortunately my furnace uses a really unusual size. Filterbuy came through with a custom size and the high merv rating I wanted. Its early to tell since I just installed it but Im optimistic!

Great service. Received our filters in a timely manner. We immediately benefitted by installing a MERV 13 filter. Our allergies to high desert plant life are much less intense.
