I have been using these MERV 13 filters for several years and replaced them every 3 months. I have found that these filters have performed to there stated capabilities and I highly recommend them.

Using the MERV13 filters during the pandemic in our stores is helping to keep the Corona Virus from spreading in our retail spaces. We also have UV light purifiers. These filters are top of the line!

I think the filter is fine, unfortunately I bought the wrong filter.I bought the central air condition air filter but I do not have central air condition. I have window air condition GE Superthrust air condition size 18x26.I did not bother to call the company to return because it is my mistake due to poor knowledge about air condition filter. I guess I don't have chance to use it ( I did not open it).

Certainly not 4 inches thick. More like 3. Think you need to change your description. Hope they do as well as a 4.

We love these Filters. We have two long haired dogs - lots of dander and hair. The unit runs much quieter than it did before. We don't have to dust so either.
