These are the only filters

These are the only filters that fit my new ac system. All others, of same size 16-20-1, from all stores are all 1/2 inch too big Thank you filter buy!

This is a high quality filter with no gimmicks. We live in fire country in Northern California. Product availability can be a problem when there is smoke everywhere within 100 miles. Filterbuy delivers. The big box stores always have shortages.

online it said i needed 16"x25"x3" but when i got them and went to put it in the opening only takes 2" not 3" can i return them and get 2" instead ?

The filters were not the correct size. They were about an inch narrower than other brands that are 20x25x4. The filters were both crushed to the point where we decided to simply throw them away. The pleats were literally flattened. Very, very disappointing.
