Purchased an annual supply of Merv13 and the packaging was excellent! These filters traveled the country during a pandemic in peak holiday season and made it home intact. First time buyer, will buy again.

Just ok Compare to 3M brand

The filter has less folds comparing to 3M and this decreases surface to filter, need to buy more frequently. Also brand name has their folds more organized and spaces evenly nicely. Bought top quality Merv 13 rating but I am not even sure I got it, filter membrane material is felt less dense than brand for the same rating.Only thing is that they have lot of sizes for all openings.

Filters were supposed to arrive

Filters were supposed to arrive in a bit over a week. They were almost a week later than stated. These were for a malaria vaccine project which is now a week later than scheduled. Remember: to keep customers, "Under promise and over deliver" not the other way around.

Less fallout surface dust in house

Recently purchased a MIRV 13 filter to augment our washable electrostatic furnace filter system, replacing the same size rear catcher filter. Only in service a couple weeks and routine house dusting shows less surface dust. I thought our electrostatic filter was very efficient for small particles itself, but adding your MIRV 13 filter makes it even better.
