Filter was marked Merv 8 and was a Merv 8. Packaging claimed Merv 13, which is what it should have been.

Less filter for more money

You reduced the number of pleats by 40% that reduces the amount of surface that filters out the particles. Less surface to filter means it needs to be changed more. Looks to me you are more worried about making a buck than producing a quality product.
