Merv 13?

There are some quality control issues here. More expensive Merv 13 filters were ordered. The first shipment actually had a Merv 8 label. The 2nd shipment had a Merv 13 sticker, but the filters appear to be Merv 8. Attached is what I got. The Merv 8 and Merv 13 filters are identical and they match up with other Merv 8 filters I have. I'm not convinced I received the more expensive Merv 13 filters.

The actual size was slightly

The actual size was slightly too large for my furnace. When I promptly refunded my money and told me to donate the filters. While the filters did not work for me, the company immediately made it right to my satisfaction.

The size is exactly what was need for the vent's. It was also reasonably priced for the quantity I need at a time.
