These are great filters but

These are great filters but this is the second time Ive ordered a large order and several filters are bent from poor packaging. I know these are fragile but when they are bent or kinked they cause noise in my intake.

the filters are slightly smaller than normal. the extra space causes the returns to have a slight whistle.

The perfect filter that I needed

My local HVAC company used to sell Honeywell but now stocks only generic filters that do not fit my furnace plenum. The big box stores do not sell four or five inch filters. I liked FilterBuy as they publish the exact dimensions. I got just what I needed will use them again. Very pleased with their service.
