these filters did not fit my 12x25 filter box, I had to cut them down to fit. Dissapointing purchase.

Right size

You have to fight to get any other filter in the air handler. The way Filerbuy makes theirs a tiny bit smaller makes installation so much easier without compromising the amount of air filtered. I have 4 air handlers and with Merv 13 I change them every 2 months so to me thats a really big deal

If you want you house to resemble a clean room at some laboratory then this is the filter for you. My wife says she doesnt hardly have to dust anymore. It does make a big difference.

Fills the need

When we moved to a house with a gas furnace forced air heat+air conditioning, I needed completely different filters from what I was used to. The filters I purchase here fit into the furnace as though custom made. Very satisfied.

Poor fitting filters.

Filters were 1/2 inch less on all sides than advertised actual measurements leaving gaps around filter. This allows airflow around the filter and not through.

Dirt getting through

I have purchased 4 merv 13 filters. so far i have dirt passing through the media onto the downflow side of the filter. I could not use this longer than 30 days. I have since replaced with a columbia merv 13 and after 60 days there is no noticeable dirt on the bottom side of filter. There is an obvious quality difference and i am disappointed with filterbuy products.
