Custom size needs to be

Custom size needs to be reduced by 1/4" in both directions. Filters did not fit well and needed to be forced in.

It didnt fit

I ordered two 20x20x5 filters for my Lennox furnace/ac and it didnt fit. I took the numbers off the old one before I ordered yours. I had been excited to try yours. I tried to contact you, but got no answer.
