Hoping they still work correctly

Have bought these before. This order has some flaws with the production of the filter. It appears something may have happened during the application or positioning of the filter. The pleats are not evenly patterned and glued tightly together in some parts. To me, this doesnt seem like it would allow proper air flow. I do have images.

Disappointed by build quality (gaps around filter media)

Filters had noticeable gaps inside the frame, around the pleated filter media, which obviously let a lot of air in through. Was hoping they would block smoke smells since the website mentioned smoke, but they didn't seem to do anything.

These filters were too small for my Honeywell HVAC system. Check the actual size of your current filters before purchasing.

The size was exactly as ordered. I have noticed a dramatic drop in dust in the house. We seem to not be sneezing as much as before. I would definitely recommend.
