Filters were 14x25x2 MERV 13 Pleated. I called my AC installer and he said they will be fine.

SIR: THE MERV 11 FILTERS ARE MORE THAN EXPECTED , AS THE DUST IN OUR HOME HAS BEEN CUT BY AT LEAST 70% . ALSO I RECEIVED MERV 8 FILTERS BY MISTAKE , AND THE MERV 11 FILTERS WERE SENT TO ME IMMEDIATELY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED .GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAT , AS YOU HAVE A LIFETIME CUSTOMER , AND IT IS EASY TO SEE WHY YOU HAVE BECOME SO SUCCESSFUL WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE . Cleaner air

After 1 week of using the new filter I could tell the air quality in our home was better. I have one cat (Leo) that sheds a lot despite routine brushing. I havent been sneezing nearly as much since using the filters. Maybe Leo will soon be getting a new friend.
