Store bought filters were a little larger than I needed but still measured the right size. I wasn't sure about these since I had never used them before. Amazing, couldn't have been a better fit! And great prices too!

I had always bought a Merv 8 filter, but after buying these Merv 11, I can see the difference. These filters are a great but and are shipped quickly.

Great service.........issues with crushed filters on last 2 orders

I have had very few issues with Filter Buy, the prices are competitive and as an HVAC Co. that provides filters for their clients at no additional charge that is huge! The service has been great we usually receive our orders with in 3-4 days. Lately though I have received filters that have been crushed without the box being crushed on the outside. I can only assume that they are being packed that way. In most cases it's no problem to straighten out the filter "frame" but in the case of 4 deep pleat box filters the crush actually caused a separation of the filter media from the box frame. I hope Filter Buy addresses this issue as I really do want to continue using them.
