The filters and the buying process was five stars. The incessant badgering after the sale ruined the whole experience. I don't need to get an e-mail every day reminding me to buy more filters when I just bought a six-month supply.

I hope they fit and work as well as advertised. I bought ahead of time so I'd have them when it's time to change out the old ones. I've been using a washable, reusable filter with great success for twenty years.

I made a mistake in measuring the filters required. Filter Buy quickly let me reorder and did not charge me a penny for my mistake. You have a customer for life (at my age, that may not be much).Charles Cameron
