Not sized correctly

I ordered filters that were supposed to be 19" x 21" x 1". The ones I received were 18 & 5/8"x 20 & 1/2" and do not properly fit my unit. If the filters were not going to be sized as ordered, your website should say so.

I previously purchased my filters from a local club warehouse and thought that was a good price. I am thrilled with the cost of the Filter Buy filter and am happy with how it is working in my furnace. I'm sold on these filters for life!!

Product was much better quality than I expected. I was actually shocked. Unfortunately, because the actual size is 13.5 x 19.5 it causes louder noises and whistling when the system is on. 3M provides exact sizes, Ill probably go back to them. I really wanted this to work. Again, no knock on the quality of product other than it didnt fit, literally, my needs.

I am so happy to have my new 25x25x1 filters. I was a little skeptical at first, because I had never heard of this company. Glad I took a chance even with the price. Very good delivery time and a well made product. Thank you Filterbuy!

Very nice product, and I like that you will send every 3 months, I have a hard time remembering to change them. You will help a lot. I will put a new one in soon. I had just changed mine.
