The construction of the filter

The construction of the filter is very bad, the cardboard is not strong enough to support the air pull from the handler.

Havent used the Merv13 filters yet as I have a month or more left on the Merv 11s. However Ive been a FilterBuy customer for several years and Im more than satisfied with their products and expect the same from the 13s.

Just wish you made 1/2 inch sizes! We really need 1 1/2 inch depth. We always have to fill difference to keep the filter from flopping. The 2 inch was too thick.

Sizing this time is slightly larger than the last time creating issue with installation. If sizing was as before, would give 4 stars.
