Filter is not snug in its slot. Floats around the slot in the unit. The size provided is the correct size.

Bought these for the first time and am extremely pleased. I will be purchasing them in the future. Made very well and were comparable in price. Ow I dont have to go to different stores trying to find the filters I need.

I have an odd size filter and you were the only one I could find. Ordering is easy and worth the money. It would be helpful to make it easier to get to a live agent.

Purchased a single filter renewal plan every 3 months. Product came in quickly. Looking forward to not having to remember filters again!

Just a hair to big

I ordered a 14x22x1 because that's what's wrote on the furnace, it was just a bit to big and I had to make it fit, now I'm sure it has nothing to do with the filter since I've had difficulty since moving in.
