24x30x4, yes, Z-line 24x30x4, nope

I bought the filters thinking that they were the -line design, with the raised rim around the edges. I have emailed your company already about this, but have not heard back from you. Communication could certainly help with this situation.

We have a non standard filter size. Quick and easy place to order the custom filters. Price is the lowest I have found.

I ordered 16x25x4 and they are not 4 inches! Stuck paying for 4 filters. I would not recommend and will not order again.

Misleading size

Look at the fine print on the size before purchasing. 16x25x4 is actually 15 5/8x 24 5/8 x 3 5/8. Obviously the fit is sloppy. Real sloppy.
