Not like you used to be

The frames are more flimsy than they used to be. They are slightly under sized and dont fit snugly in the filter box. One of the filters was bigger in size by design than the other three in the shipment. They rolled over the bigger filter to fit in the box. Not the company I remember working with

Only place I can find that has the right size and a quality of a filter that I need. I have used your filters for years and have never had any issues. I am glad you that you are there when I need you.
