When I measure this product, it is 15 1/2 x 19 1/2 x 3/4. Why is that? I can hear it dropping each time my fan stops running.

All of the 4 filters I purchased (20x20x1, 16x29x1, 14x20x1) are loose in the grill compared to the 3M MERV 11. When the air turns on you can hear the filters slam into the frames. Really annoying while sleeping. If I continue to use FilterBuy Ill need to put a door seal around the edges.
