I accidently purchased two separate orders of 6 filters each, instead of just one order. To my pleasant surprise FilterBuy automatically applied the 12 filter discount price rather than billing me twice at the 6 filter price. Nice work FilterBuy.

I was told by the person that I was chatting with that a 20x24x1 will fit my HVAC unit. I told the rep that the original filter size is 20x23x1. I had to returned the filter because it was too big for my unit.

Filter Buy-Number One in My Book

I recently went on line to Filter Buy to purchase some 10 x 30 x 1 furnace filters. I mistakenly ordered 19 x 10 x1 filters. When I called Filter Buy, they told me not to worry and that the correct size would be on their way. Thats not all-the charge-just the difference in cost between the two sizes. Not only that, when I asked about returning the wrong size filters, they said, Forget it, give them to charity. Filter Buy went out of their way to correct MY mistake-it doesnt get better than this. Thank you Filter Buy!

Untapped filters

These were for a Waterfurnace geothermal unit. The originals came taped together as 1 piece 30 x 36. I had to retrofit your filters to ensure dirt wasnt getting through the gap between them.
