From the site I learned about the different MERV ratings which explained a problem we were having at home. Running with MERV 11 filters has cleaned up the air in the house and catches more dust to keep the house cleaner. As a diabetic in the virus crisis I am trying to do all I and we can to avoid that problem. We just picked up another tool to help in that process.

I ordered 4 20x20x1 filters and got 8 20x20x2. it was an honest mistake and customer experience around this mistake made me love this company. quick response, immediate sending of replacement. bravo!

Great filters

First of all the filters were not damaged! I have ordered elsewhere from other stores and they always came damaged. These filters have a sturdy frame, filters very well and priced very reasonably. Also, made in the U.S.A. I am a first time buyer from them and will feel very comfortable purchasing filters from them in the future.

even though the filter was labeled the size of my vent it did not fit. I had to bend it to push it in the slot.

This is the first purchase of this particular filter, so I'm not in the position to evaluate its performance yet. I'll change it in three months and analyze it at that point as to what it took out of the air.
