10x30x1 MERV 11 Pleated Air Filter from FilterBuy.

FilterBuy had the size and specifications I was looking for. I have installed it and have improved air quality and better A/C. Before, the apartment complex used a fiberglass Ace 10X30X1 which did nothing. I am very happy with the filter.

I wanted to rate my experience with the 5 stars. However, I didn't want to have to leave comments for my rating to be counted. You may want to rethink of the customer needing to write a comment.
