I purchased a six pack. Order was quick to arrive and easy to install. 15x20x1 are somewhat hard to find. Now changing my filter on time now was just made so much easier. Anxious to see how the filter traps all the pollen we have in this area.

I received all 6 boxes of my purchase however, one of the boxes must have been severely mishandled as every filter in it is badly damaged. There were seven. and I can't use any of them. I have some pictures to show. Please reach out to get this resolved.

Why are the filters 1/2 inch too short?

Why is a 15 x 20 inch filter only 14-1/2 x 19-1/2 inches? They fit too loose in the hvac unit
