Filter size is not as advertised

The filters are slightly smaller than advertised which allows for a loose fit and gap which impacts their efficiency and air filtration. Very unhappy customer

Filter fitment

Works great but when a 20X20X4 filter is not 20X20X4 then I had to shim the filter to fit properly in my furnace.Other than that it is a great filter.

These filter are a waste

These filter are a waste of time and money! These filters are undersized- not 20"x20"x4" which is printed on the side of the filter! They are 19 3/8"x19 3/8"x 3 5/8" Which means they do not seal! Air leaks around them, which means they only filter a small fraction of the air going through the air handler.

I purchased these as a replacement for my Honeywell brand. The Filterbuy filters were slightly narrower than the Honeywell. Not sure if the size difference will affect the performance!
