Too small

It is smaller in all three dimensions than the one that came with my new system. The 20 (19 15/16 vs 19 3/8) dimension is the one that was most critical for my system.

Filterbuy has been my go to filter company for sometime. Quality product and beats the big box store prices.

I thought it was cheaply made and fits very loosely. I won't be buying anything from you again

Your gold filter has made my home stink, literally. It picked up dust, etc. but I cannot breathe. This is the second time you have done this. The picture on your adshowed white media, not gold color media with chemicals. It may be okay for commercial, but not a home.

Beware nominal dimensions

The actual size is not 16x25x4. Filter does not fit snugly and so lets dust enter blower compartment.
