to be honest with you, the filters did not fit properly, but I think it was my mistake. I simply noted the measurements that were on the existing filters, but the new ones I got from you are narrower. I was told I should get the 20X24X 5.

I was nervous to order this filter because I usually go to a store and see the product first. I trusted my gut and am glad I did. The filter fit perfectly, high quality and came quickly and I have a couple extra for replacing. Im glad I got the replacements, bc this is something that is easy to forget on a day to day basis. Now to schedule the filters to come automatically.

My filters were about 3/4th of an inch short. They slapped a printed label on it that had the dimensions I ordered. I had to glue some cardboard strips on one side to make it fit my air handler. Price is good tho.

Website is a little confusing on the orders but ultimately got it all set up. Now I remember to replace the filters every 3 months.
