I ordered your filters for the first time. The quality looks great! This size fits some mobile homes that I rent out and the fact that they only have to be changed out every 3 months is great! I could not find this size in any retail stores, so I was happy to find your product.

You go to the website, you find the filter you need from a very large selection, you select the quantity you need, you pay and I you get your filters delivered to you in a few days. They have very good pricing, good quality and an option to automatically send you new filters on any time period you choose. Like I said, its almost too easy.

Finding filters for my HVAC was difficult until Filter Buy. Just had to plug in the size and there they were. Makes filter replacement easy.

Small size, great fileration

I got this from a advertisement I heard from a podcast I listen to, while they seem to be great filters the size dimensions are wrong. I ordered mine by the size that was listed on the website but when I got them, they were too small. What I ordered was a 12x20x1 on the size, and what it says on the side is that the actual size is 11.5x19.5x.75, all inches and what I actually measured was 11.5x19.5x.75 inches, which is what it says, but in my opinion the size you order should be the size you get. I have to put a spacer in the unit to keep the filter from moving, when the unit turns on it's ok until it turns off, then the filter shifts and there's at least a 1/4" gap at the end, which defeats the purpose of having a filter in the first place.Just to compare I also have a 3M Filtrete filter of the same compared size with the same measurements, and what I measured on the 3M filter was 11 and 7/8", the length is 19 7/8" and depth was 7/8". I didn't see a "actual size" on the package, I might have missed it but it sure fits much better than these. I don't want this review to be a negative but a positive to the company to improve things, as I said I believe that what size you order is what you should get, maybe it's a industry standard on size I'm not sure, I will certainly use the 3 that I ordered but if this is not addressed I'm afraid to say that I may not order any more.
