I had to squeeze filter into the holder, very poor product l am verr to y dissatisfied with your product. This is my second report to you and have not received any response from your company.

The filters came within a few days of ordering. I installed one. It fits great and seems to be of high quality. The only thing is that I ordered MERV 8 filters and the filters I received were marked MERV 13. Thank you for sending me the higher quality filters but I ordered MERV 8 filters to maximize a flow.
