Filter media wasn't in place at the top of the filters allowing air to bypass media. Got out the hot glue gun to attach media to frame. Might try another brand next time.

Skuttle filter

I was somewhat concerned whether this filter would fit, as I had bought a generic 16x25x5 filter and learned the hard way that Skuttle filter boxes require a special Skuttle size. This filter fit immediately, and even had a space to write on the end the installed date. Well done!

Not the sizing I was hoping for. They are too tall and too narrow. I made it work but disappointed.

I got the filters quickly but dont like the quality that much but the biggest problem I have is the person I talked to couldnt answer any of my questions about the filters before I bought them. I went to YouTube and in 5 minutes I knew more about filters than the person I talked to at your company
